Can you submit a bug report on https://bugzilla.clamav.net/enter_bug.cgi?product=ClamAV please?

Please include directions on how you’re running clamonacc as well as the output from the clamconf tool.

Not surprising, but FWIW this is happening on RHEL 7.9 as well.
