[Community-sigs] Virusign is back online

Hi,

Virusign is back online today, for some time it went offline, but it is
back with several improvements.

The service is dedicated to you who update ClamAV with new community
signatures.

I have first announced the service on this mailing list back in March 2014,
and now that it is back online I am taking the liberty to tell you again
that it is functioning.
